Return and Refund Policy
At Rivacha, our priority is to make sure you’re 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, please take a moment to review our guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the products are unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item differs from the description on our website
- The wrong product was delivered to you
- The product is defective or damaged in any way
How to Return an Item
We offer a simple process for returning your items. You can return your products either by mail or in person at our store.
Returning by Mail:
Simply email us at [email protected] to start the return process. We will send you detailed return instructions and a return authorization number for easy tracking.
In-Store Returns:
If you prefer, you can return the item directly to our store. Just bring the product and the receipt or proof of purchase with you. Our team will help you complete the return.
Return Shipping Costs
While we don’t charge any fees for returns, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have approved it.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they’ve been shipped. Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. To cancel, please contact us right away at [email protected], and we will assist you in canceling your order.
